About the Service: The Reconnection of Water Service shall not be implemented unless total amount dues are paid by the concessionaire, i.e. unpaid water bills, unpaid labor and materials, reconnection fees and other applicable charges such as fine/penalty for illegal connection and water maintenance fee for replacement of water meter.
